Australian pop star Kylie Minogue has kicked off her long awaited KylieX2008 tour in Paris, France. However, Kylie Minogue's opening tour night was almost cancelled following a throat infection scare.
Tour producers reportedly panicked after Kylie lost her voice last week and they considered calling off the performance.
The show has also been beset by technical problems relating to the giant video screens on the spectacular stage, while producers are said to be worried the show is too long and doesn't include enough of Kylie's greatest hits.
